You will be dealing with a UK Company
As a BPO Ninja client you will be doing business with a UK registered company whose Shareholders and Directors and UK citizens. You will be invoiced from the UK Company, and you will make payments into a UK Bank Account.
Most our Ninja’s work UK hours so they are at their desks at the same time as you are. There are options for shift working if you need 24 hours coverage or if you need a night shift for batch processing of work while you sleep. We offer total flexibility.
English is one of the official languages in the Philippines and all our Ninja’s have excellent written and spoken English Language skills. In addition, as part of our screening process every candidate undertakes an English test before we put them forward to you.
No Minimum Contract
With BPO Ninja there is no minimum contract term because we are confident you will want to stay with us for years to come. For the first 6 months of any new hire, we ask you give 1 weeks’ notice should you wish to terminate their employment.
